Submit a Policy Paper for Review

Scholarly Art welcomes submissions of policy papers that advance research, cultural policy thinking, and strategic development within the creative economy.

We invite scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and cultural leaders to contribute original work that strengthens policy discourse and supports sustainable development in the arts and cultural sector.

Submissions are reviewed by the Scholarly Art research team and may be considered for publication on the platform.

Scope of Submissions

We welcome policy papers addressing areas including:

* Arts Funding and Institutional Policy
* Cultural Diplomacy and Global Creative Exchange
* Intellectual Property and Creative Rights
* Artificial Intelligence, Technology and Creative Practice

Interdisciplinary perspectives that bridge research, policy, and creative practice are strongly encouraged.

Submission Requirements

Authors should ensure that submissions include the following:

* Original and unpublished work
* Clear policy relevance to arts, culture, or the creative economy
* A structured research or policy framework
* Word count between 3,000 and 8,000 words
* Proper citations and references
* Author name, institutional affiliation, and contact email

Review Process

All submissions undergo a policy review conducted by the Scholarly Art research team.

Authors retain full credit for their work.
